Tele Sales


We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Tele Sales who have new and inventive ways to complete her quota to join our team As a Tele Sales agent, you will be responsible for selling of products or services through the telephone.

The aim is to build a repeat business through excellent customer relations. Contacting customers to promote offers or to set up appointments to support field agent representatives.

Tele Sales Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
  • Providing information to customers.
  • Monitoring sales performance.
  • Closing sales deals.
  • Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
  • Updating customer details.

Tele Sales Qualifications

  • Selfmotivated yet customerfocused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Tele Sales Skills

  • Experience as a Telesales Representative or Customer Service Representative
  • Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Good team player
  • Good negotiation Skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Telesales: 1 year (required)

Language:


  • English (required)
  • Arabic (preferred)
