Job Type:

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in project coordination or related field
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely and successful completion
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing solutions as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality standards
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements
- Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services as required for project implementation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project execution
- Provide support to the project manager and team members as needed to achieve project objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
