Experience:
Minimum 3 years in sales within the interior design industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
- Actively prospect and qualify new leads to expand client base
- Collaborate with the design team to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the interior design industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
