Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing professional and personalized travel advice.
  • Design and sell custom travel packages, including tours, accommodations, flights, insurance, and other travel services.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of travel products, destinations, trends, and visa requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and offer support and assistance as needed.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency's revenue growth.
  • Handle travel bookings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Resolve any travelrelated issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:


  • Strong sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems and travel booking platforms.
  • Indepth understanding of domestic and international travel trends and destinations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide highquality customer service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

What We Offer:


  • A competitive base salary of AED 2,500 per month.
  • Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
