Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Contracts Manager to join our team.

The Assistant Contracts Manager will play a crucial role in all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.


Responsibilities:


  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including construction contracts, vendor agreements, and lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, including contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and provide recommendations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes and discrepancies, working closely with legal counsel and other relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to identify contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide support in analyzing contract performance and identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive contract information and negotiations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Experience in preparing contracts as per FIDIC standards.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual terms and conditions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
