Sales Manager who create a robust framework for overseeing and managing GC&E sales operations and ensuring the success of events and group planning at Bab Al Nojoum properties.

To effectively handle all events and group details and ensure successful planning, here's a structured approach:
1.


Strategic Planning:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for GC&E operations.
  • Regularly review and analyze business plans to identify gaps and take proactive measures to meet targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors' products to adjust strategies accordingly.
2.


Revenue Maximization:


  • Identify and capitalize on all revenue opportunities within the GC&E segment.
  • Drive conversion of GC&E enquiries into contracted business.
  • Implement promotional activities to boost sales and fill capacity gaps.
  • Explore and develop additional business from existing customers.
3.


Team Leadership and Motivation:


  • Lead, motivate, and manage the GC&E sales team effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, addressing any issues in compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a culture of high standards for relationship building, customer service, and selling techniques.
4.


Customer Service and Satisfaction:


  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of guest satisfaction levels and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
5.


Compliance and Audits:


  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct weekly spot checks and audits to maintain highquality standards.
  • Address any gaps identified during audits promptly and efficiently.
6.


Team Development:


  • Develop and train the GC&E sales team for effective career progression and succession planning.
  • Distribute new inquiries among team members, ensuring prompt and efficient handling.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills in relationship building, customer service, and contract processing.
7.


Communication and Distribution:


  • Facilitate effective communication within the team for streamlined operations.
  • Establish a system for distributing new inquiries among team members, considering phone calls and grouping options.
8.


Performance Monitoring:


  • Monitor GC&E performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Regularly review and analyze the forthcoming year's GC&E business to stay ahead in the local market.

Salary:
AED13, AED14,000.00 per month


Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
