Executive Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Cygnus Telecom
Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management.
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications.
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system, and contact database.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing needed information.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all the information.
- Take minutes during meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Must have work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in using MS Office, Outlook, Calendly, or other appointmentscheduling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask.
- Flexible team player and ability to adapt to changes.
