Responsibilities:


  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management.
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications.
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system, and contact database.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing needed information.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all the information.
  • Take minutes during meetings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Must have work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Outlook, Calendly, or other appointmentscheduling software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask.
  • Flexible team player and ability to adapt to changes.
