Description

We are looking for an energetic & passionate mid-level Interior Designer with strong FF&E skills with over 7+ years of experience across hospitality, retail, residential, & offices.


  • Handle multiple projects at a time, doesn't crack under mini pressure
  • Can work from concept creation, concept development to schematics drawing package
  • Capable of identifying materials from visuals
  • Proficient in autoCAD & adobe creative suite
  • Ability to present design concept and coordinating with clients and ensure that format is compatible with office and client standards/requirements
  • Help develop & execute the FF&E direction for overall project and communicate to the project team
  • Can markup drawings with the FFE specs
  • Technically strong with suitability of material selection to project type
  • Knowledge of termination and transition details & specify accordingly
  • Update material library
  • Create & implement efficient library systems
  • Can suggest details that work with industry standards
  • Communicate project status to senior interior designer/ manager on a regular basis and develop and maintain communication with all project team members
  • Assist in the process of reviewing the project materiality
  • Designing and sourcing FF&E from concept through to finished details
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure FF&E is delivered on time and on budget
  • Liaising with design and purchasing teams to ensure FF&E is in line with client expectations and to budget
  • Building relationships with suppliers
  • Working with project contractors and overseeing the installation of FF&E
  • Participate in the establishment & maintenance of FF&E design standards for the company
  • Keep ahead of new trends that may influence FF&E design scheme
  • Other tasks & responsibilities as assigned
