Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends
  • Arrange and attend property viewings with clients
  • Guide clients through the negotiation process
  • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers
  • Coordinate property closings and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts

Requirements:


  • Fluent in both Russian and English (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Additional language skills beyond Russian and English
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Knowledge of real estate software and CRM systems
