Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at Fortress Real Estate Brokerage LLC, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales team to achieve and exceed targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, and for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Manage and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends for senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
