Whom are we looking for?:

Hello, we are Gaia Living We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Professional to join our team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a real estate broker (optional)
Thorough understanding of real estate laws and regulations (optional)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
Strong network of lenders, appraisers, and other real estate professionals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What do we expect you to do?:

Analyze market trends and provide guidance to clients on the best real estate investments.
Provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
Negotiate purchase and sale contracts for clients.
Manage the entire real estate transaction process, from initial offer to closing.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
Stay uptodate on changing real estate laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The position is commission-based (up to 70% per deal for the lead generated by the broker) or basic salary plus commission (to be discussed during the interview).
