Responsibilities:

Procurement Planning:

Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to pool and landscape/construction projects, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services while optimizing costs.

Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers/vendors capable of meeting project requirements. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.

Material Sourcing:

Source and select materials, equipment, and services required for pool and landscape/construction projects, considering quality, price, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment with project specifications.

Purchase Order Management:
Generate purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor order status, expedite deliveries when necessary, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate logistics and transportation of materials to project sites, optimizing shipping routes and schedules to minimize delays and costs.

Cost Analysis:
Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency. Track and report key procurement metrics to management regularly.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing procurement activities. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, Open a credit limit with building material contractors, and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure smooth project execution.

Additional Major Responsibilities:

Letter of Procurement (LP) documents for pool and landscape/construction projects, ensuring timely submission and adherence to contractual requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.
Provide support during project planning and execution phases, offering expertise on procurement-related matters and assisting in resolving procurement-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

5 years of proven experience in procurement, specifically within the pool and landscape/construction industry in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques, with a focus on cost optimization and supplier management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and familiarity with local suppliers/vendors is preferred.

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
