Urbi is looking for an experienced
Public tender specialist/
Bid specialist to promote our name through Government Authorities in GCC countries.

What you are going to do:

Ensure taking part in tenders which are connected to the Mapping and Geospatial fields on the main platforms in Dubai
Identifying new opportunities for bid submissions and raising them
Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals
Manages the production of all bid documents ensuring they meet required quality standards and time deadlines
Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff
Ensuring all deadlines are met
Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets
Close cooperation with the team, ensuring they are involved in the process timely, acting as the key person responsible for the delivery of a final document

To succeed in this role, we wish you that:

Bachelor's degree in
Engineering or IT:

-
Arabic:

- native, English
- professional
-
5+ years of experience as a bid specialist

Experience in
UAE Public procurement portals, commercial sector, knowledge of legislation, regulations, and standards of public procurement
Experience with
GIS systems would be a plus.
