Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor with a strong background in pool plumbing systems to join our team.

As the Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in pool facilities.

Your expertise in pool plumbing and your leadership abilities will ensure the efficient operation and functionality of our pool systems.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of plumbers and plumbing technicians, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.

Plan and coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of pool plumbing systems, including piping, pumps, filters, and water treatment systems.

Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards in all plumbing work.

Conduct inspections of pool plumbing systems, identifying and resolving issues or malfunctions in a timely manner.

Collaborate with pool contractors and other relevant stakeholders to ensure proper coordination and completion of plumbing projects.

Estimate material and labor costs for plumbing projects and prepare project timelines and schedules.

Order plumbing supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate inventory is maintained.

Train and mentor plumbing staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in pool plumbing technology, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of plumbing work, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment inventories.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor, with a strong background in pool plumbing systems.

In-depth knowledge of pool plumbing systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and water treatment systems.

Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on timely and effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications related to plumbing systems.

Proficiency in estimating material and labor costs for plumbing projects.

Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
