Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
