Description
Supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems

  • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets all relevant codes and regulations
  • Manage and train a team of skilled workers
  • Order and maintain materials and equipment
  • Keep accurate records and documentation
  • Report to the Construction Manager on progress and any issues that arise

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 58 years of UAE experience in Construction / Fit out Projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations
