Position:

Role Summary:

As an Authority within our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our projects, ensuring their successful execution, and maintaining compliance with regulations and project requirements.

You will be responsible for making and ensuring the smooth functioning of operations.

Responsibilities:

1.

Project Oversight:
Provide overall supervision and direction for Earth Works Projects, Road Works Projects, Infrastructure Projects, and Utilities. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.

2.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards, maintaining necessary permits and licenses as required.

3.

Communication:
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, team members, required authorities.

Address concerns and maintain a positive working relationship.

4.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards through regular inspections, testing, and adherence to project specifications.

5. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Promote a strong safety culture across all projects, implementing HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and accidents.

6.

Resource Management:
Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to achieve project milestones efficiently.

7.

Project Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records, progress reports, and documentation, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility for future reference.

8.

Problem-Solving:
Address challenges that arise during projects promptly and efficiently, employing effective problem-solving techniques and decision-making skills.

Skills:

Proven experience in overseeing and managing largescale Earth Works, Road Works, Infrastructure, or Utility projects.
Strong understanding of project management principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead teams and engage with stakeholders.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
