Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Timely and safe delivery of products to customers designated locations.
  • Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and security during transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any relevant customer feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, adhering to safety guidelines and traffic regulations at all times.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a neat and organized delivery vehicle, ensuring it is wellmaintained and presentable.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Delivery Boy or in a similar delivery role for 23 years.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail to accurately record and handle delivery documents.
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary:
AED1,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
