Strategic HR Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the

company's vision, mission, and competencies.

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and
and culture.

Training and Development:
Design and deliver training and development programs that

meet the needs of the organization and its employees, and that help to develop the skills

and competencies needed to achieve the company's goals.

  • Performance Management: Establish and manage a performance management system that
drives high performance and employee development, and that is fair and equitable.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, and take steps to
mitigate any risks to the company.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staffrelated issues, and address grievances
in a timely and fair manner.


Salary:
AED28, AED30,328.07 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
