Your challenges

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiate our products in the market and resonate with customers.
  • Create gotomarket strategies and launch plans for new products and features, collaborating closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage the findings to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of our products across various channels, including digital, social, and live events.
  • Work closely with the affiliate team to develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and product demos, to drive revenue growth.
  • Track and analyse key metrics to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for future improvements.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve product usability and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, userfriendly interfaces and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features, enhancements, and new product ideas. Define and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and timeline for product development.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or similar roles, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to gather and interpret market research and competitor analysis to drive effective marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and promoting products in the market
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and tools and experience using digital marketing channels to drive product adoption and growth
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
