Role Overview:


We are looking for an energized, self driven, and motivated salesperson to join our team in Dubai to drive sales and contribute to company success.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Contribute to and achieve sales goals through effective customer engagement
  • Have full and complete knowledge of existing inventory, follow up on incoming sales inquiries (in person or over the phone), provide potential customers with the correct specs and features, and promote insurance and finance options
  • Maintain connections with existing leads, and seek out new leads to generate sales opportunities and bring in new prospective business
  • Be able to manage the full endtoend sales process on an individual level, and provide the customer with sales support from pre to post purchase to attract and retain clientele
  • Develop a meaningful and supportive working relationship with the sales team and other teams within the company, and foster a healthy working environment
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as required by management

Qualifications:


  • Minimum High School Degree achieved
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an automotive setting
  • Professional, mature, and positive attitude with a gogetter mindset
  • Strong and proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Selfmotivated and driven attitude to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced, competitive environment
  • Microsoft Office Fluency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with any CRM is considered an asset
  • Arabic and English speaking and writing is a requirement, other language fluency is an asset

License:
UAE Drivers' License required

Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai, must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before joining


Compensation and Benefits:
base salary plus commission, health insurance


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
