The Role:

As our esteemed Assistant, you will be an integral part of our esteemed team, providing comprehensive support to our top-performing real estate professionals.

Your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills will ensure smooth operations, allowing us to deliver exceptional service to our esteemed clients.

What You'll Do:

Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and compile insightful reports.
Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
Collaborate with marketing professionals to create captivating property listings and marketing materials.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns.
Organize and coordinate open houses, property showings, and networking events.
Maintain an organized and uptodate client database and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
