Description

We are looking to employ an experienced Business Development Manager to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions in Dubai Real Estate Market.


RESPONSIBILITY

  • Building financial models to analyses and assess existing and potential Real Estate projects
- monitoring portfolio investments by conducting regular risk and performance analysis

  • Researching new investment opportunities and performing through due diligence
  • Preparing reports and providing recommendations in order to assist in decision making
  • Participating in all aspects of legal documentation deal structuring and financing
  • Providing clients with research analysis and advice on complex Real Estate issues
  • SKILLS
  • You must have at least 2 years of experience has an Real Estate Consulting, Real Estate Investment Role ideally within the REAL ESTAE INDUSTRY
  • Should have experience in using property management portals
  • You should have excellent communication and influencing skills and able to multi task effectively.
