We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Restaurant Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, taking and processing orders, making outbound calls to follow up on orders and bookings, and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, taking and processing orders
- Make outbound calls to follow up on orders and bookings, and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, including hygiene, safety and security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customers and situations
- Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience:
- Restaurant call center: 3 years (required)
- Dubai: 3 years (preferred)
