Position Overview:
A house manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the property. Their responsibilities often include a combination of and administrative.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage household staff, such as housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and other domestic workers.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule household activities, including cleaning, maintenance, and deliveries.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize household calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events.
- Maintenance Oversight: Arrange for routine maintenance and repairs of the property, coordinating with service providers.
- Event Planning: Organize and manage events, and social gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Ensure guests and visitors are received and treated with the highest level of hospitality.
- Coordinate special requests and services for guests.
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in either hospitality, Real Estate or Holiday Home role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality or
Language:
- English (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Dubai (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Dubai: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
