Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning:_
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Client Acquisition and Retention:_
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Partnership Development:_
Identify potential strategic partners and collaborate on mutually beneficial initiatives.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to enhance the company's product/service offerings.

  • Sales Leadership:_
Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations for clients.

  • Financial Management:_
Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a positive return on investment.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of business development initiatives.

  • Qualifications:_
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Strong understanding of the industry.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Strong aptitude in sales, negotiation, and communication.

Reliable, personable, and trustworthy.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Multilingualism is advantageous but not mandatory.


Experience:

- business development manager: 5 years (preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
