We are looking for an IT Support that can join immediately.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Information Technology/Computer Science.
  • Work experience in the same role (2 years & above)
  • Willing to work in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Responsible for adding new employee to the attendance system and registering their fingerprint on biometrics device.
  • Setting up accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.
  • Contacting suppliers for ordering printer cartridge and is responsible for the request for cartridge replacement.
  • Contacting with outsource companies for any required maintenance.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
