Tricom is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals and range of FMCG Food Beverage products headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We are focused on trading, manufacturing and distribution of quality products which are targeted towards process-based Industries across GCC and MENA Regions


Responsibilities

  • Regularly post job ads online on existing Portals
  • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
  • Coordinate hiring activities
  • Process background checks
  • Constantly update Recruitment Tracker with relevant information
  • Handle records and paperwork
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • At least one year of proven experience as Recruitment Assistant
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, onboarding)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Experience:


  • Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
