Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their sales hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools, implementing best practices to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our recruitment strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and partners to support our hiring needs as necessary.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals of the HR team and the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales recruitment, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top sales talent.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and responsibilities, including experience recruiting for various sales positions such as account executives, sales managers, and business development representatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices in Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay:
AED5, AED12,000.00 per month
