Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the Housekeeping department, including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and purchasing.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of public areas and guest rooms.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness, orderliness, and overall condition.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are in working order.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding guests, their rooms, and hotel operations.
  • Ensure that all safety and security procedures are adhered to.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a 5star hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in HOUSEKEEPING.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
