Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the Housekeeping department, including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and purchasing.
- Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of public areas and guest rooms.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, orderliness, and overall condition.
- Develop, implement, and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are in working order.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding guests, their rooms, and hotel operations.
- Ensure that all safety and security procedures are adhered to.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a 5star hotel environment.
- Proficiency in HOUSEKEEPING.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
