We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Cheese Sommelier to join our team.

As a Cheese Sommelier, you will be an expert in the world of cheese, responsible for selecting, presenting, and pairing cheeses to enhance the dining experience of customers.

Your knowledge and passion for cheese will be utilized to educate and guide customers in making informed choices, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting the appreciation of fine cheese.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and passion for cheese, including familiarity with various types, origins, production methods, and aging processes.
Strong sensory skills to evaluate the taste, aroma, and texture of different cheeses.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional recommendations.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage inventory, conduct tastings, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality assurance.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.

Experience:

Cheese Sommelier: 3 years (preferred)
