Relationship Management-

  • Point of contact with the school management.
  • Regular meeting with the MSO (Manager School Operations) and works closely with the MSO to resolve complaints regarding the canteen.
  • Weekly meeting with the COO to update on the issues/concerns at each schools
  • Escalate and direct the school concern to the concerned department (Compliance/HR/Accounts/Events etc)
  • Receiving event requests from their specific schools and forwarding to accounts department for quote. Once approved by school finance department, responsible to oversee set up.
  • Forward complaints to Operation Managers
  • Engage with the Food Program Manager & CPU manager on critical areas of operations & keep the COO updated with the issues at the school

Day to Day Operations & Staff Management -

  • Responsible for overseeing daily orders sent by PIC
  • Make sure that correct order is received at each school
  • Responsible to achieve the daily sales target for the assigned schools.
  • Responsible for placing and receiving weekly packaging, snacks and cold drinks delivery.
  • Responsible for wastage and monthly stock take.
  • Audit the staff for the inventory, food safety and child protection.
  • Training service and PIC staff to ensure smooth operation.
  • Conduct POS training with school staff on site regularly
  • Take an update on the staffs working hours and absentees from the PIC.
  • Make sure that all the documentation is in placeStaff file and other required docs.
  • Handle staff disputes related to their specific school

Sales & Inventory control-

  • Weekly meeting with the Accounts team to update on the Cash sales/POS sales and make sure it matches with the sales report.
  • Maintain a proper report on the Inventory and wastage/leftover.
  • Cross check daily inventory before sending to the accounts department
  • Responsible for the cash collection & submission to the accounts
  • Followup with the PIC for the cash sales. Answerable to the accounts department for any cash shortage.
  • Make sure to achieve the sales target at each school and have a meekly meeting with the COO to discuss the same
  • Maintain sales target for each location and answerable for the not achieving the set target

Business Development-

  • Business sectors to target outside school events, wholesale supply, hotels and corporate accounts

Salary:
AED7,000.00 per month


COVID-19 considerations:
U.A.E standard Covid protocols have to be followed


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
