Required BIM Modeler


We are looking for someone who is having positive attitude & good communication skill with 2-3years of hands on experience as BIM Modeler.

Work Location is Sharjah, UAE. Interview will be virtual/direct. Salary based on your experience & performance in the interview.

Job Objectives:
BIM Modeler creates manage and maintains 3D models using REVIT software, collaborate with engineers, and other members of the design and project team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project specifications, provide a comprehensive understanding of the building's structure, systems, and components, facilitating better decision-making and communication throughout the project lifecycle


Responsibilities and duties:
a) Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, equipment and materials used to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the model. b) Follow company BIM strategy standards (i.e.

Naming Convention, Measurement and Coordinate Systems, Project Parameters, Share Parameters, etc.) c) Coordinate design activity based on LOD/LOd (Level of Development/ Level of Detail) d) Defines the project deliverable and the format in which it is delivered and exchanged.

e) Implement project standard using Revit Templates, AutoCAD menus, Dynamo f) Ensure the timely completion of all Project Drawings/Documents as per specifications g) Input data information on approved materials and equipment specified h) Performed all clash detection, materials handling, piping, subassembly fabrication, packaging, installation details, construction scheduling, BOM and BOQ i) Assist and prepare necessary documents for engineering department in Handover project procedure (based on PAS j) Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Manager.


Qualifications
:
Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as architecture, civil engineering, or construction management


Accountabilities:
Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects; Implement proper standards, Years of Experience
:Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the similar industry Person Requirements:

Superior Computer Skills:
Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office,
Familiar with COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange), IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), Classification structure: MasterFormat, OmniClass,UniFormat, Uniclass BIM standards BS 1192; PAS 1192-5, BS
Familiar with IIAR Standards, ASHRAE Standards, ASME Codes AISI, AISC, ASCE Standard Load,


EN :
2009 MENA region, refrigeration local codes and standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to understand technical drawings Mathematics skills
Creativity Keen attention to detail

Pay:
AED5, AED8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
