Job Title:
Sales Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our brand and expand our network.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goaloriented with a passion for sales and building relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
