Axelera Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
"Real estate Office Manager" to join our team. The pivotal role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities, ranging from administrative duties to overseeing office supplies and coordinating with various teams within the organization. The professional requires a proven track of record in the real estate industry,who is ready to take the challenge to meet the revenue growth & expand the sales force in our company

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations,administration tasks and manage the working environment with the employees
Should have strong working knowledge with real estate laws and company policies.
Bring out the strategies that will bring an effect in increasing revenue & sales.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate sector
Skills: Organisation skills, Negotiation, Leadership & St
rong communication skills
