We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team.

As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents and coordinating the buying and selling of residential and commercial properties.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
Conduct market research to determine property values and identify potential investment opportunities.
Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, ensuring that all legal and financial obligations are met.
Coordinate property showings and open houses to showcase available properties to prospective buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and changes in the real estate market to better advise clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
Strong working knowledge of Real Estate law and policies.
Proven experience as a real estate broker or similar role.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities with proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms.
Availability to work flexible hours.
