CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Need to know swimming
Proficient communication skills
Proficient in interacting with people of various ages from diverse backgrounds.
Available to work shifts.
Physically fit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing activities at swimming pool area and gym facility
Opening and closing the pool each day according to scheduled hours
Regularly treat the pool with the correct amount of chemicals
Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout shift
Directing swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions
Closely monitoring weather reports to make sure guests remain safe
Organizing and overseeing pool parties
Providing swim lessons and coaching swim team when applicable
Maintaining a clean pool environment
Performing first aid procedures.
Maintaining records and reports.
Responding to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning.
Ensure the GYM fitness area remain clean and organized;
Organize dumbbells, weight plates, and bars.
Disinfect and clean equipment in GYM area
Check and report if any improper function of equipment in GYM area
