    Logistics Coordinator Jobs In Dubai 2023 | DokaKey Responsibilities:

    Performing day-to-day tasks such as manual item corrections, re-bookings and transfersTaking responsibility for the accuracy of material availability & conducting regular availability checksMonitoring stock levels and handling stock replenishmentsBeing the go-to person for internal stakeholders such as our Sales team regarding material availabilityCoordinating inbound/outbound container shipments in collaboration with our Yard Operations teamCreating import and export declarations (Dubai Trade Portal) and ensuring all import, export and procurement relevant documentation is being documented and archivedEfficiently monitoring and executing imports including local clearance proceduresPreparing export documents such as pro-forma invoices, packing lists and CoOTaking responsibility for the accuracy of invoices from other Doka countries & HQ and ensuring invoices are posted in our internal system (incl.

    allocation of clearing charges)Ensuring exports to other Doka countries & markets are executed efficiently & effectivelyHandling regular, administrative tasks such as month-end closing and ensuring adherence to logistics-related Free Zone requirements & regulations within JAFZAAssisting with procurement tasks, i.e. LPR/LPO issuance, ensuring necessary approvals are obtainedPro-actively supporting our (Yard) Operations team with the annual stock takeAssisting the Team Leader Logistics / Head of Operations with further operational logistics tasks
    Qualifications
    Entrepreneurial thinker with a background in Business Administration, Logistics or similar fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a dynamic Logistics, Material Management or Commercial environmentExperience in construction environment in the UAE, Middle East and/or JAFZA is a plusProcess and improvement driven analytical thinker, passionate about logisticsWell-organized with well-developed numerical ability and attention to detailConfident, self-driven individual with a hands-on attitudeExcellent communication skills in English are a mustHonest & reliable team player
