Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our high-performing sales team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with prospective customers, and presenting the unique value proposition of our virtual data room solution.

Your passion for technology, exceptional communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships will play a vital role in driving new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with prospects to understand their specific needs, pain points, and requirements, and tailor presentations to showcase how our SaaS-based solution addresses their challenges.
  • Demonstrate the virtual data room platform to potential customers, highlighting its key features, benefits, and advantages over competitors in the market.
  • Effectively communicate product pricing, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns that support lead generation and sales conversion efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to articulate our unique selling points effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns to foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Participate in sales training and professional development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies, sharing feedback and insights with the sales leadership team.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in selling SaaS-based solutions or technology-related products/services.
  • Familiarity with virtual data rooms or document management solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • High level of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A passion for technology and a genuine desire to help businesses succeed through innovative solutions

Salary:
AED5, AED8,000.00 per month
