About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Team Management: Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
-
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Construction & Fit Out Projects in the UAE.
Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
