Requirements:


  • Minimum 10 years' experience in UAE
  • Dubai
  • Proven working experience in luxury villas (start to finish)
  • Full knowledge with civil and works and finishes until handover
  • Valid Driving license(UAE)
  • A strong understanding in civil engineering methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding project management abilities

Roles and responsibilities:


  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required time schedule.
  • Preparation and implementation of project plans.
  • Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers.

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • General Foreman for Villas: 10 years (required)
