Joined ARAMEX in April 2019 as a senior Credit Controller and leading a team of 4 members to handle all logistic account (+400) including government and VIP client with total quarte revenue (AED 100 M ) . I have successfully achieved a monthly collection exceeding 90% of target and minimized effort on legal fees and effort by consistently providing viable solutions to the debtors, and create commitment among the debtors on the imminent payment due . also mange venders accounts with supply chain and provide the necessary supports to supervision of all vendors & finance operations ( direct cost ) and approving the supplier’s payments . Managed the entire credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses . Preparing monthly AR aging report – Invoice aging, customer wise aging. Preparing daily update collection report in excel. Personally investigate the largest customer credit applications and visit them to establish relations . Chasing up overdue payments via telephone , emails and visit them on a monthly basis . Resolving customer queries with best customer service and Building relationships with the clients . Responsible to organize monthly meetings among the team and different departments, to discuss any issues and suggesting possible measures for smooth functioning of the business. Handling bank guaranty for governmental accounts, follow Review the company credit control policies and develop and implement enhancements where required. Set and monitor credit limits and assist in developing and implementing a Direct Debit payment system. . Highlighting the risk oriented payments and clients. Maintaining strong onsite payment portfolio. Supervision of all accounting & finance operations. Do credit checks for any consignment requests Prepare and send balance confirmation letter and SOA to the clients’ and receive the same duly stamped from them for auditing purpose. Supervising the processing done by the team members and guide them if require . Reconciled customer accounts & Dealing with unallocated payments. Ensure team completes the balance sheet schedules related to the AR function wit monthly closing of books for AR .
