Duties and responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administration support to the Division Manager and its Saudi Aramco Project
Management team.
In-charge in Saudi Aramco & SMP employees timekeeping.
Responsible in initiating in the system all the SAP activities and monitor the documents.
Prepare/initiate Global Travel Orders, Passport Clearance, Travel Payment, Payment Authorizations,
Expense Report, MPS, and other Saudi Aramco Forms.
Initiate online all required activities in the SAP such as e-leaves and e-8000 profile systems and request
materials through B2B on-line.
Maintain the project file electronically, depending on how many existing projects the Division’s handles.
The files should be organized in order (depending on the title or description approved by the Coordinator,
& Unit Supervisors) to assure a smooth & easy retrieval of documents whenever it is needed.
Provide a keen attention in maintaining different kinds of files subject for Internal Auditing, such as
Employees Timekeeping, Service Orders, Expense Reports, Payment Authorization, Travel Orders,
Waivers, Membership Fees, etc.
Gate passes were also initiated and issued as requested to be approved and signed by the Department
Authorized signatories.
Training Coordinator Support/Backup September 2019-up to Present
Duties and responsibilities:
Access to SuccessFactor as a Training Coordinator Aramco SAP System’ Training Matrix.
Browse course offering, book employee in a course and generate reports
Assigned/Update employee’s Individual Development Plan (IDP) for Administrative and Industrial Jobs
GC 11-14, Enter task Completions and generate Career Planning reports pertaining to his/her
organization.
Browsing training data corporate wide, which include training history course offering and Training & Event
Management reports
Tracking and Updating the Employees training Matrix o Assist all New Hire Employee, PDP’ Trainee,

Support to All Dept. Admin Team

Documents Controller/RIG Clerk (Sept. 19, 2017 –2018)
Duties and responsibilities:
Assist Rig Foreman to Create a DRSS request through SAP System.
Create DRSS Request (Approval not Required, Approval Required, Loan/Rental, and Bit Request
Hauling request, Taxi request, Manifest, Call out etc.)
Coordinate with Tool House Dispatcher (Expeditor) for outstanding materials requisition.
Assist Rig Foreman to Receive Rig Materials and Rotatable Equipment’s/tools
Physically check the received material to ensure that the materials are correct/matched with the
MDD/waybill and its LVA or asset number and acknowledge Receiving Material Manifest through
SAP System.
Register all incoming materials.
Maintain and update the Tool Inventory files.
Assist Rig Foreman to maintain control of the various ARAMCO Inventories, such as Bits, Rotating Tools,
Communication and Computer Equipment.
Assist Rig Foreman with the following clerical jobs, Send all the weekly and monthly reports.
Maintain the bookkeeping and the rig filling systems. Maintain the rig shared electronic folder.
Verify Contractors’ Certification (Personnel and Equipment’s).
Prepare Well Materials Tracking Report for reconciliation through SAP System.
Arrange all mail services, taxi request and flight booking reservations.
Attend telephone calls when the rig foremen are out of the office.
