A competent result driven Experience in HVAC Site Engineer professional Nearly 13 years experience, including 12 year overseas experience in Qatar and Saudi Arabia mainly in areas of (Mechanical) HVAC Ducting, Chilled Water Piping, Fire Fighting and Plumbing work, for Multi-storied Buildings, Mixed use Developments, Apartments, Palace, Warehouse, Substation building, RO and Power Projects.   • Fans, installation work.
  1. Air Thermal Equipment,
  • Register, Grills Diffuser and VAV installation work. 
  1. Hydronics System Types,
  • Heating Hot Water Piping work.
  • Chilled Water Piping Work.
  •  Valve package work.
  1. Hydronics Central Equipment,
  • Heat Exchanger installation.
  1. Hydronics Thermal Equipment,
  • Coils, unit heater and fan coil unit installation work. 

Activities and Responsibilities- Plumbing System,

  • Installation of water supply Hot and cold Water Piping  work.
  • Installation of Drainage piping work.

Activities and Responsibilities- Fire Fighting  System,

  • Installation of Car parking and Floor fire fighting piping work.

     Additional  Activities and Responsibilities,

  • Knowledge of MEP Estimation.
  • Preparing BOQ as per the SLD (tenders) Drawing.
  • Preparing the AutoCAD Drafting.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the client.
  • Clarifying the client's needs and expectations 
  • Making use of relevant computer software such as Excel, Word and Autodesk DWG.
  • Prepare the Method Statements.
  • Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, and operatives.
  • Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
  • Knowledge of Installation Experience in Electrical cable, tray Trunking, and DB installation.
  • Knowledge of Structural and Mechanical Support Fabrication work.
  • Knowledge of Scaffolding erection work.
  • Preparing the Material Order request.
  • Preparing the Material inspection request.
  • Preparing the site work inspection request.
  • Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly work progress chart.
  • Attending the onsite inspection.
  • Attending the Main contractor weekly meeting.
  • Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects
  • Coordinate with civil team to obtain MEP clearances before starting the civil work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.
  • Co-ordination with client & monitoring site execution as per design.
  • Well versed with national and international code of practices.
  • Following the safety Inductions.
  • Following the work PPE.
  • Work in under pressure.

Education

  1. B. Tech. Mechanical Engineering. (Qatar attested) 2009 - 2013.

      2. Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioner- (Jan-2007 - Jun2008)

     3. General Machinist 2004 - 2006.
