• Knowledge of MEP Estimation.
• Preparing BOQ as per the SLD (tenders) Drawing.
• Preparing the AutoCAD Drafting.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the client.
• Clarifying the client's needs and expectations 
• Making use of relevant computer software such as Excel, Word and Autodesk DWG.
• Prepare the Method Statements.
• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, and operatives.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
• Knowledge of Installation Experience in Electrical cable, tray Trunking, and DB installation.
• Knowledge of Structural and Mechanical Support Fabrication work.
• Knowledge of Scaffolding erection work.
• Preparing the Material Order request.
• Preparing the Material inspection request.
• Preparing the site work inspection request.
• Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly work progress chart.
• Attending the onsite inspection.
• Attending the Main contractor weekly meeting.
• Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects
• Coordinate with civil team to obtain MEP clearances before starting the civil work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.
• Co-ordination with client & monitoring site execution as per design.
• Well versed with national and international code of practices.
• Following the safety Inductions.
• Following the work PPE.
• Work in under pressure.
