It is a Thane based food industry that focuses on production of candies, lollypops and chocolates.

 

At my time here I was in charge of the supervision of the manufacturing processes:

  1. Production Oversight: In this role, I had the responsibility of overseeing and managing daily production operations. This included optimizing processes to ensure a seamless workflow while upholding a consistently high standard of product quality. I actively monitored production activities, identified bottlenecks, and implemented improvements to enhance efficiency and quality assurance.
  2. Documentation Expertise: My meticulous approach to documentation was instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance. I maintained detailed and comprehensive records of all production activities, quality metrics, and safety protocols. These records not only served as a foundation for quality and safety audits but also provided valuable insights for process optimization and risk management.

  1. Comprehensive Milk Processing Knowledge: Acquired in-depth knowledge of milk processing, including Pasteurization techniques, ensuring the safe and hygienic production of dairy products.
  2. Analytical Expertise: Gained hands-on experience in a wide range of analysis types crucial for quality control:

Foodmasters Food LLP are the manufacturer and wholesaler of Fresh Sauce, Fresh Onion, Frozen Fruits, Indian Spices, Frozen Vegetables, Dehydrated Product and Frozen Food Products.
