Working under B2C insurance profile and handling Motor and Health Insurance.  Dealing with vehicle insurance- Heavy, commercial, Passenger carrying, private vehicles  Dealing with other seasonal insurance policies such as CORONA policy, individual and Family floater policies.  Calling clients to remind them about their vehicle’s policy renewal before the policy expiry date.  Providing end to end solution to customers on their vehicle’s policy.  Helping the customers to choose the right product.  Acting as bridge between insurance company and the customer to provide the one stop solution for all their insurance needs.  Working under targets to achieve the committed renewal and new customer acquisition numbers.  Dealing with huge customer data base by keeping information security policy (ISP) in mind.  Maintaining CRM (Salesforce) dashboard up to date.  Providing insurance quotes, following up customers on required interval basis, sharing the insurance company’s payment link, getting payment confirmation from the customer, sharing insurance soft copy and assisting the customers to get the hard copy of the polices on time and assisting them in their claim process.
