With nearly 20 years of comprehensive experience in dry bulk shipping which includes stint with Agency/Charterers/Trading office, I bring strong operational depth in both voyage and time charter management, supported by hands-on exposure across trading, broking, and post fixture vessel operations.

Currently serving as Senior Manager with MIDSHIP Group LLC, Dubai since 2015, I am responsible for the full spectrum of commercial and operational management of dry bulk shipments including Handy, Supramax, and Panamax vessels. My role involves managing time charter vessels on behalf of industrial cargo clients, COA management, laycan declarations, cargo nominations, and complete post-fixture execution.

Previously, with Coal and Oil Company LLC, Dubai, I handled complete post-fixing operations for bulk carriers under both voyage and time charters including operations of Owned Geared Panamax vessel management independently. My responsibilities included voyage planning, issuing detailed voyage instructions, performance monitoring, bunker procurement, appointing port agents, managing port disbursements, laytime calculations, demurrage/despatch negotiations, time charter Hire Invoicing, voyage P&L reporting, and final settlement of accounts with Owners and Charterers.

I have extensive experience in:

• End-to-end post-fixture management of dry bulk vessels
• Voyage and Time Charter operations with strong CP interpretation
• Laytime calculation and negotiation of demurrage/despatch
• Off-hire analysis and TC performance monitoring
• Bunker procurement and consumption tracking
• Handling cargo and vessel-related claims in coordination with P&I Clubs
• Port operations, disbursement analysis, and agent coordination
• COA execution and contractual compliance

Having worked extensively with dry bulk commodities such as Coal, Wheat, Bauxite, Alumina, Clinker, Cement, Urea, Petcoke, Sulphur, and Steel products across Middle East, India, and other international trades, I possess strong commercial awareness and the ability to protect chartering margins while ensuring smooth operational execution.
