I am a procurement professional with hands-on experience across purchasing, supplier management, logistics coordination, and administrative operations. Currently working as a Purchase Analyst & Admin at Fineway Group (Dubai), I manage end-to-end procurement for spare parts, consumables, tools, and services, coordinating with over 30 suppliers. My role involves PO creation, price negotiation, invoice verification, inventory coordination, ERP and Excel-based reporting, and maintaining accurate procurement and vehicle service records while supporting daily garage operations.

Previously, I worked as a Procurement Executive at Tech Mahindra (India), where I handled local and import purchasing, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and purchase order processing through COUPA. I managed 50+ suppliers and 500+ parts, applied Incoterms in transactions, tracked shipments, resolved invoice discrepancies, and ensured timely payment closures while supporting inventory and cost control.

I also completed an Air Export Internship at Skyways International, gaining exposure to logistics and freight operations, including airline coordination, shipment tracking, airway bill issuance through FedEx, Aramex, and DHL portals, documentation handling, and customer coordination to ensure smooth export operations.

Additionally, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication from Madras University, where I developed strong skills in communication, documentation, presentation, and creative problem-solving—valuable strengths that enhance my effectiveness in procurement coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
