• Directing, Planning and monitoring all related scaffolding & formwork Activities at Sites and Yards. • Coordinating with project managements and company management for the scaffolding and formwork requirements on projects • Running a supervision system to achieve the best use of the company assets. • Planning and supervising the materials hiring or procurement process to guarantee the best value against the lowest cost incase needed. • Exercise strict control over the cost associated with the scaffolding activities includes reviewing variances from budgeted expenditure and recommending/initiating action to bring them under control. • Plan and monitor scaffolding & formwork Activities to ensure the best use of the available company assets and reducing the external hires to maintain cost savings.
• Manage, Organize and setup the procedures required at the scaffolding yard to maintain the company assets and make sure of the segregation and separation of the different materials. According to the type size and condition. • Maintain clear and accurate records for all the scaffolding & formwork movements and inventory • Running the required maintenances process for company scaffolding assets if possible to extend the life time. • Setting up the required procedures to track, record and control all materials and activities to ensure the efficiency
