NOC FE Site Team Lead – Cisco, Oct 2021 - Present.
EXPO 2020

Duties;

• Check/monitor the manage engine for the issued tickets to NOC Field Engineers. 
• Coordinate with Field Engineers to clear the tickets at the earliest and ensure no tickets are breached.
• Provide required drawings, rack elevations, MRL to NOC Field Engineers so that they can start working to clear the ticket. 
• Conducted site survey to meet new requirements pop up during operations and accordingly guide Field Engineers to implement at site.
• Support L1 team to identify the location of ticket/incident, accordingly they can assign the tickets to concern Field Engineers.
• Responsible to prepare/update NOC FE roster, report to zone manager, duty manager and L1 in case of any changes in NOC FE roster.
• Provide assistance to prepare CN/PSN master plan for District 2020.

Passive Infrastructure Engineer – Cisco, Dec 2018 – Sep 2022.

Duties;

• Site Investigation, Data collection, Report preparation. Answering contractors & clients queries.
• Review and approve contractor’s submittals; drawings, test reports, layouts
  and detailed engineering documents and assure design Implementation at site.
• Responsible for site inspections of all CN/PSN/Exhibitor network IDF Rooms, MDF Rooms, Aggregation Rooms, WMC’s, indoor/outdoor enclosures distributed through out Expo Project.
• Provide solutions to contractors to clear the snags
• Support Witness team to conduct FO cable testing.
• Prepare/update rack elevation and MRL based on site inspection findings.
• Share the findings of inspection with all parties (Expo, Cisco, PMC & subcontractors) and upload snags on Dome connect.
• Support ICT system teams including structured cabling, installation team of CNE and WDN by providing drawings and necessary documents to expedite the works.

Al Maktoum International Airport Expansion Project (SP-DWC-726)

Duties;

• Directing and managing the activities of all assigned technicians and subcontractors to the project and provide expert judgment in resolving issues.
• Leading the entire installation teams of the project through all stages in coordination with other divisions of the company.
• Assuring that subcontractor’s plans, specification, methods and procedures for construction are in accordance with the scope of work specifications and requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager, where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration.
• Assuring that company policies for technical specifications, safety (HSE) and quality are addressed and being implemented properly.
• Prepare the daily and weekly progressive reports to project head.
• Prepare material submittals for approvals.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environment policy is followed on the project.

• Responsible to submit Material Inspection Request upon the availability of materials for onsite and offsite inspections and to raise Work Inspection Request upon the completion of works. 
• Implementing company quality management system.
• Closing of NCR and site observation notice raised by consultant 
• Ensuring of work quality as per approved method statement and ITP
• Ensuring any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement, quality control procedures and inspection test plan.
• Coordinating material and work inspections.
• Updating and documentation of QA/QC logs and files.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of works in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, materials used are approved, compliance with shop drawings and report to construction/project manager.

FAS Engineer – Smart Technology Services, JAN 2013 – Nov 2015
Dubai International Airport Expansion Phase 3 (Terminal 2, AX-466)

Duties;

• Responsible to assist technical lead for preparing fire alarm shop drawings, fixing details and riser diagram for each phase in Airport.
• Responsible for submitting IR’s and other submittals.
• Preparation of as-built drawings.
• Assist technical lead to prepare cause and effect matrix for each fire alarm zone.
• Coordination with main contractor and other sub contractor’s personnel for work progress.
• Responsible for installation of second and third fix and thus handed over the FAS system area by area as per the project plan after testing and commission.

Duties;

• Assigns supervisors and technicians for their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards.
• Responsible for the installation of cable laying, glanding and termination of MV cables feeding to support facilities-Horse quarantine, GSEM building and ULD Maintenance.
